Terms:

We request a credit application be completed before discussing terms. Once a perspective client is approved, we will try to arrange terms most satisfactory with that client.

A security deposit will be required. This is held until the expiration of the lease. Deductions from deposits include tire wear (charged by the 32nd of tread or by miles) and/or damages to equipment. Any remaining security deposit will be returned.

Only one month advance payment will be required prior to delivery of equipment. Monthly payments thereafter are invoiced and mailed to you. Our terms are 10 days.

As lessee, you must furnish acceptable liability and physical damage insurance.

Regular maintenance and proper upkeep of equipment are responsibility of lessee.

Liberty Leasing will furnish Illinois license plates.
